Insurance Policy

Our physicians participate in many different insurance plans. It is your responsibility to check with your plan benefits for coverage terms. Any and all co-payments are due prior to your visit. Financial hardship should be discussed with our financial department prior to your visit. Our practice is always willing to assist you in making payment arrangements.

The patient is responsible for all co-payments, deductibles and non-covered services.

The preferred method of payment is Visa, Master Card, Debit Cards and Cash.

Remember that insurance is ultimately a contract between the patient and their insurance company.
